Act relative to the participation of co-owners in measures in accordance with legislation relative to the financing of forestry (No. 1349 of 1996).

The Act concerns financing pursuant to the Act relative to financing of sustainable forestry (No. 1094/1996) and the Act relative to the restoration of unproductive forests in Lapland (No. 1057/82). Section 2 provides for the liability for debts incurred under the legislation mentioned. Section 3 concerns the execution of common drainage and road construction projects. The Forestry Centres shall decide in matters of granting and collection of aid or loans in accordance with the present Act (sect. 4).
