Abstract
The present Act states that permits under the Water Act (264/61) may not be granted for the construction of a new power plant on the middle and lower course of the Kyro River in the municipalities of Storkyro, Korsholm, Lillkyro, and Ylistaro below the Hanhikoski rapids. Compensation shall be paid to those affected by this prohibition.
