Act on temporary support due to the epidemic (No. 687 of 2020).

The present Law contains provisions on temporary financial support for persons and families with special economic vulnerability due to costs caused by restrictions as a result of the covid-19 epidemic. Beneficiaries are those who have had right to basic support in accordance with Act No. 1412 of 19971, Articles 6 and 7, in the period 01.03.2020–31.07.2020 and in the month preceding the month of payment (Article 2). The amount of support is 75 euros per month and person (Article 5). The aid is granted for a limited period, one month at a time. The Ministry of Health and Social Affairs is responsible for the general governance and management of support activities under this Act (Article 3).
