Abstract
The present Act implements 1) Regulation (EC) No 1007/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on trade in seal products; and 2) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1850 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1007/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on trade in seal products. It contains provisions on relevant authorities, supervision and inspections, and offences and penalties.
