Associations Act (No. 503 of 1989).

The present Act contains provisions concerning associations. An association may be formed for the joint pursuit of a nonprofit purpose, as long as the purpose does not conflict with the law or good morals. The Act does not apply to associations whose purpose is to provide participants with profit or other immediate economic benefits or whose purpose or activities are primarily of an economic nature. Associations whose activities include firearm training and are not intended solely for hunting may not be established without permission from the Regional State Administrative Agency. An association registered according to the provisions of this Act may acquire rights, enter into agreements, and act as a party before courts and other authorities.
