Decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on Recognizing and Supporting the Producers' Organizations of the Fisheries Industry (No. 727 of 1997).

This decision is concerns to the recognition and support of producers' organizations of the fishing industry or to an association of such organizations referred to in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3759/92 on the common organization of the market in fishery and aquaculture products, hereafter referred to as the basic Regulation. Conditions for recognition are set out in article. Other provisions deal with: applying for recognition, withdrawal of recognition, applying for start-up aid, granting and paying start-up aid, bookkeeping, and termination and recovery of start-up aid.
