Abstract
The present Decree applies to fishing gear placed outside the general fairway equipped with light marks during dark hours to indicate the gear's position and avoid damage to it. The lights specified in this regulation should be fixed or irregularly flashing and visible around the horizon. White light must be visible at least one nautical mile away in clear visibility, while violet light should be visible 200 meters as violet and 600 meters as any other color.
