Abstract
This Order implements EC Council Regulation 2092/91 on organic production and agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs and other EC legislation which complements this Order. Control and supervision shall be co-ordinated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. Organic production shall be under control of the Plant Production Control Centre and the District Rural Activities Offices (sect. 2). Provisions of Chapter 2 regulate matters relative to control of production such as the notification of production, approval, registration of organic production, control over training, etc. The Ministry may issue further directives relative to organic production.
