Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed of vegetable varieties: in article 3 relative to conditions for the granting of a licence required for the packing of seeds; in article 6 on the certification of seeds; in article 7 on the control of certified seeds; in article 9 on the placing on the market of certified seeds; and in article 10 in relation with exemptions from rules concerning the certification of seeds and the placing on the market of certified seeds.
