This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on vaccination of pigeons against Newcastle disease in article 6 relative to responsibility of the owner of a pigeon for the cost of vaccination and in article 7 on record-keeping on vaccination by veterinaries.
