Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amending the Decree on trade in seed for grassland and fodder crops (No. 32 of 2003).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed for grassland and fodder crops in article 3 which specifies species to which the principal Decree applies, article 6 which sets out requirements for the certification of seeds, article 7 on control on criteria for certification and article 12 which specifies exemptions on requirements for certification and the placing on the market of specified seeds. The Decree also amends Schedule 2 which sets out quality requirements for seeds and Schedule 4 which concerns guarantees a producer must give on seed packages.
