Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed for grassland and fodder in article 3 (criteria for granting a packaging licence), article 10 (exemptions on rules relative to guarantee certificates), article 11 (on sealing of packaging of certified seed and non-specified variety commercial seed) and article 12 (marking of certified seed and non-specified variety commercial seed).
