Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on cultivation inspection and sampling in seed production (No. 473 of 2020).

The present Decree, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to cultivation inspections conducted by inspectors authorized by the Food Authority, to the sampling of seed lots conducted by samplers authorized by the Food Authority, and to the official supervision of these activities. It applies to the following plant species: 1) Cereals; 2) Oil and fiber plants; 3) Forage and fodder plants; 4) Beets; and 5) Vegetables. The Decree contains detailed provisions on sampling, inspectors, and crop inspections.
