Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the operation and supervision of activities related to fertilizers (No. 965 of 2023).

The present Decree, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, prescribes the information concerning operators' activities that must be reported, as well as the reporting procedure, the content and organization of the register, the content of the quality system, the information to be provided about a batch of fertilizers, and when and how pre-notification should be made. It also prescribes the authorities' control and supervision procedures. Business operators shall, in addition to what is prescribed in section 14 of the Fertilizer Act (711/2022), report the component materials for fertilizers as well as the component material categories for fertilizers, among others.
