Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on producer organizations in the milk and milk products sector (No. 207 of 2012).

This Decree provides for the authorization and operations of producer organizations in the milk and milk products sector referred to in Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007. It sets out criteria for the approval of producer organizations, which shall have at least 15 members who shall produce together at least three million litres of milk each year. The Agricultural Offices shall be the competent authority for purposes of this Decree.
