Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to certain fertilizing products (No. 46 of 1994).

These Regulations relate to soil improvement substances, substratum, nitrogen bacteria preparations, compost, and other fertilizing substances as defined in section 2 of the Act. Section 2 refers to Attachment 1 of this Decree which contains the principles for the type denomination and trade names of products concerned. The products concerned shall comply with quality criteria set out in Attachment 2 (sect. 3). Section 4 provides for labelling. (5 sections)
