Abstract
The Decree shall regulate in more detail matters relative to the register for aquacultural installations as foreseen in section 4 of the Act to implement the common fisheries policy of the European Communities (1139/94). Section 2 provides a definition of aquacultural installation. Aquacultural installations include installations used for mariculture. Section 3 specifies the data which shall be introduced in the Register. The Register shall be kept by the Rural District Offices (sect. 4). The Register is used as an instrument to prevent and combat animal diseases. (11 sections)
