Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on support for greenhouse production 2024 (No. of 2023).

The present Decree, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to the implementation of support for greenhouse production according to sections 4 and 5 of the Government Decree on national support for Southern Finland 2024 (40/2024), as well as Chapter 5 of the Government Decree on Northern Support 2024 (41/2024). The Decree lays down rules concerning technical requirements for greenhouses, cultivated area in use, calculation and notification of greenhouse area, length of the growing season, etc. The greenhouse where the cultivation that forms the basis for the support application is conducted must be in the possession of the applicant on May 15, 2024.
