Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on trade of seed of forage and fodder plants (No. 395 of 2020).

The present Decree, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to the production, certification, marketing, and import of seeds of the forage and fodder plant species indicated in Articles 1. The Decree contains detailed provisions on approval of packing plant and their supervision; registration requirements; inspection of non-designated commercial seed; Sealing and labelling of sales packages containing certified seed and non-designated commercial seed; control of uniformity of seed lots imported and exported; etc.
