Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the trade of seed potatoes (No. 392 of 2020).

The present Decree, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to the production, certification, marketing, and import of seed potatoes. It does not apply to the export of seed potatoes, except for Articles 4, 6, and 7. The Decree lays down rules concerning seed classes; approval of packaging facilities; registration; storage and packaging; production, certification, and marketing; labeling of certified seed potatoes; etc.
Annex 1 - Restrictions on crops and pre-fruits, quarantine agents, viral diseases, and maximum number of generations.
Annex 2 - Quality requirements for the plant population during cultivation inspection of seed potato crops.
Annex 3 - Quality requirements for seed potatoes during examination of tuber samples.
Annex 4 - Requirements applicable to basic seed.
Annex 5 - Information to be included in the warranty certificate and EU plant passport.
