Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on trade in vegetable seed (No. 393 of 2020).

The present Decree, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to the production, certification, marketing, and import of seeds of varieties or groups of the plant species belonging to vegetables indicated in Article 1. The Decree contains detailed provisions on approval of packing plant and their supervision; registration requirements; inspection of non-designated commercial seed; Sealing and labelling of sales packages containing certified seed and non-designated commercial seed; control of uniformity of seed lots imported and exported; control of basic seed; etc.
