Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on funding granted for investments and development projects in circular economy (No. 604 of 2020).

The present Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment lays down rules regulating the granting of government support for innovative investment projects that promote circular economy. The Decree regulates the recipients of the support, the maximum amount of the support, the application procedure, costs that can be covered by the support, etc. The Ministry of Employment and the Economy shall be the responsible authority for administering and granting the subsidies regulated in this Decree.
