Abstract
The present Decree of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, together with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2066, apply to the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions and of activity data referred to in Article 3.1 of the Commission's Implementing Regulation from installations covered by the scope of the Emissions Trading Act. The Decree contains provisions on the classification of installations; simplified monitoring methods; default values for calculation factors; use of non-accredited laboratories; handling of biomass; reporting obligations; etc.
