Abstract
The present Decree, of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, contains provisions on simplified risk assessment of standardized and simplified emission monitoring plans referred to in Section 8a(1) of the Emissions Trading Act (311/2011). It regulates the implementation of a simplified risk assessment; the circumstances to be examined within the framework of simplified risk assessment; and the results of simplified risk assessment.
