Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Communications on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road (No. 171 of 2009).

This Decree provides rules relative to the transport of dangerous goods by road. It does not apply to the transport of classified substances such as liquid manure and corresponding waste for the use of agriculture. Provisions on substances and articles to be accepted for carriage only under special conditions due to their dangerousness are laid down in the Annexes to this Decree. The routing restrictions on the transport of dangerous goods referred to in section 14b of the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (719/1994) shall apply to the dangerous goods.
