Abstract
This Decree concerns the application of provisions set out in. Council regulation 1259/1999 and other specified Community legislation.
It is divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (1); Plant breeding and fallow land (2); Stockbreeding (3); Consequences of neglect of implementation of environment directions (4); Restrictions on payment (5); General provisions (6).
Provisions of Chapter 2 set out criteria for environment protection related support of cultivation and leaving arable land fallow, plant protection, use of fertilizer, combating of wild oats, and other measures for the protection of cultivation and water resources near to cultivated lands. Chapter 4 concerns ecological requirements in relation with livestock farming.
