Abstract
This Decree concerns the carrying into effect of the Agreement with Estonia concerning cooperation in the field of conservation of water resources of 2 July 1993 between the two states entered into force on 13 November 1994. The authority mentioned in article 2 of the Agreement shall be, for Finland, the Ministry of the Environment.
