Government Decision on the control of African horse sickness (No. 13/VLA/96).

The present Government Decision classifies African horse sickness as an easily spreadably disease. It's purpose it to control the spread of the disease in the event of an outbreak and to make it possible to eradicate it effectively.

Annex 3 concerns the lifting of the restriction that have been notified to farms.
