Government Decision on information to be provided on hazardous waste and on the packing and labeling of hazardous waste (No. 659 of 1996).

When delivering hazardous waste in accordance with section 15, paragraph 1, of the Waste Act (1072/1993), an identification form containing the information contained in article 1 of this Decision shall be prepared for each movement of the waste. The holder of the hazardous waste shall ensure that the identification form accompanies the waste during the movement and that it is handed over to the waste consignee at the end of the transport. The consignee shall certify reception of the waste and the amount by signing and dating the document. Rules regarding packing and labeling of hazardous waste in the sense of the Waste Decree (1390/1993) are provided.
