Government Decision on the limitation of emissions of volatile organic compounds during the storage and distribution of gasoline (No. 468 of 1996).

The present Decision applies to to facilities, depots, equipment, and vehicles used for the storage, loading, or transport of gasoline from one depot to another or from a depot to a distribution station. It does not apply to underground tanks used for the storage of gasoline. The Decision contains detailed rules on emission regulation on vapor recovery installations and verification of the emission regulation, target reference value for containers at a storage facility, target reference value for filling and emptying of portable tanks, and target reference value for the filling of containers at distribution stations.
