Government Decision on prohibitions and restrictions concerning certain chemicals causing harm to health, and products containing such chemicals (No. 489 of 1992).

This Government Decision prohibits the use (other than for research purposes) of chemical substances and preparations that may cause harm to health, and of products and materials containing or treated with such chemicals. Compliance with this Decision is supervised by the supervisory authorities referred to in the Chemicals Act and the labour protection authorities, each in its own sphere of competence.
