Abstract
The present Decree applies to reimbursement for agricultural advisory services under Articles 15 and 78.3 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2021/2115. It lays down rules on requirements that apply to advisors, requirements that apply to the person / farmer receiving agricultural advice, general terms and conditions for granting advisory services, reimbursement for advisory services; travel cost reimbursement; conditions for payment of compensation; etc.
