Abstract
This Decree amends the Government Decree on the use of the national reserve in the system of comprehensive financial support to farming in article 6 (financial aid granted when an obligation not to cultivate arable land expires) and article 9a (concerning the priority ranking for the granting of single payments). Article 9a lists (in order of priority) the grounds on which a payment can be obtained, also pursuant to Community legislation.
