Government Decree on competence requirements for persons handling devices containing fluorinated greenhouse gases or ozone depleting substances (No. 766 of 2016).

This Government Decree contains provisions on the competency requirements for individuals and operators performing installation, maintenance, servicing, repair, dismantling, or leak testing of devices, systems, or vehicle air conditioning units containing fluorinated greenhouse gases as listed in Annex 1 and mixtures thereof, or ozone-depleting substances as listed in Annex 2 and mixtures thereof, and for individuals and operators handling these substances. The Decree contains detailed provisions on certification of a person's competence; the operator's notification of activities and certification of competence; inspections of devices and service records; etc.
