Government Decree on extractive waste (No. 190 of 2013).

The present Government Decree applies to the establishment and implementation of a plan for the management of extractive waste, the construction, operation, closure, and aftercare of extractive waste facilities, the recovery of extractive waste in excavations after extraction, as well as the monitoring, control, and supervision of the management of extractive waste. The Decree contains rules concerning, among other things: the objectives of the plan for the management of extractive waste; the content of the plan for the management of extractive waste; general requirements applicable to operators of extractive waste landfills; construction and management of an extractive waste landfill; management of the environmental impact caused by extractive waste landfills; prevention of environmental pollution and accidents; monitoring and control of extractive waste landfills; etc.
