Abstract
The present Decree lays down the conditions for competence for laboratories carrying out examinations under the Food Act, the Feed Act and the Health Protection Act. It also lays down obligations for laboratories and laboratory accrediting bodies. Special provisions on the eligibility of persons performing trichinae tests are included.
