Abstract
According to Section 6(2) of the Act on National Support for Agriculture and Horticulture (No. 1559 of 2001), prescribes support for crop production, production-linked support for animal husbandry, decoupled support for pig and poultry farming, support for greenhouse production, and storage support for 2024. The supports are paid differentiated according to area in accordance with the regional division specified in Government Decree No. 1379 of 2022.
The Act contains 23 Articles organized in the following chapters: 1. General provisions; 2. Support for crop production; 3. Production-linked support for animal husbandry; 4. Decoupled support from production; 5. Support for greenhouse production and storage support; 6. Special provisions.
