Government Decree on procedures for environmental impact assessment (No. 277 of 2017).

The present Government Decree implements Finland's Act relative to procedures of environmental impact assessment (No. 252 of 2017). It contains provisions on the information required by the project manager for decision-making in a specific case, the contents of the assessment programme, the contents of the impact description, and the contents of the notification.
