Government Decree on producer organizations (No. 85 of 2023).

The preset Government Decree lays down rules on producer organizations and implements provisions of the Act on a market organization for agricultural products. It contains rules regarding minimum number of producer members and the minimum value of production in producer organizations; notification obligations for producer organizations in the milk and dairy products sector; voting rights of members, ownership participation, and maximum percentage of capital in producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable sector; the value of the marketed production by producer organizations in the fruit and vegetable sector; and the right for producer members in a producer organization within the fruit and vegetable sector to market products outside of the producer organization.
