Government Decree on State aid for gypsum treatment of agricultural land for the years 2020-2025 (No. 510 of 2020).

The present Government Decree contains provisions on support granted for gypsum treatment of agricultural land. The purpose is to reduce nutrient loading from agriculture into water bodies through gypsum treatment. Gypsum treatment measures may include procurement, transportation, and storage of gypsum, spreading gypsum, and gypsum application on agricultural land, as well as other related actions associated with the treatment. The Decree contains detailed rules on requirements for the content of the support application; conditions for granting support; limitations on granting support; calculation basis and amount of support; bookkeeping; etc.
