Government Decree on structural support for reindeer husbandry and natural industries (No. 986 of 2011).

This Government Decree applies to the support systems referred to in Article 3 of the Act on structural support for reindeer husbandry and natural industries (986/2011). It is prerequisite for granting support for reindeer husbandry that the supported measure meets the conditions set out in the European Commission's decision authorizing national aid for the production and marketing of reindeer and reindeer products in Finland C(2016) 1752. Other requirements are also included for other types of support.
