Government Decree on a subsidy for the distribution of dairy products, fruits and vegetables in school for the academic year 2020-2021(No. 421 of 2020).

This Regulation lays down provisions regarding the subsidy scheme for schools provided for in Act 999 of 2012. Its 12 article are as follows: 1. Scope of application; 2. Definitions; 3. Eligible milk products; 4. Eligible fruits and vegetables; 5. Distribution of products in connection with school meals; 6. Target group; 7. The amount of support for school distribution; 8. Limitations on the amount of support for school distribution; 9. Support period; 10. Application for support; 11. Maximum amount for supplementary measures and evaluation and information measures to support school distribution; 12. Entry into force.
