Government Decree on a subsidy scheme for the distribution of dairy products, fruits and vegetables in school for the academic year 2020-2021(No. 421 of 2020).

This Regulation lays down provisions regarding the subsidy scheme for schools provided for in Act 999 of 2012. It contains the following 12 articles: Article 1. Scope of application; Article 2. Definitions; Article 3. Eligible milk products; Article 4. Eligible fruits and vegetables; Article 5. Distribution of products in connection with school meals; Article 6. Target group; Article 7. The amount of support for school distribution; Article 8. Limitations on the amount of support for school distribution; Article 9. Support period; Article 10. Application for support; Article 11. Maximum amount for supplementary measures and evaluation and information measures to support school distribution; Article 12. Ikraftträdande. Eligible products may be distributed in connection with regular school meals under the conditions laid down in Article 11 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/40.
