Government Decree supervision of national support for crop production and animal husbandry (No. 163 of 2023).

The present Government Decree contains provisions regarding on-site controls and supervision concerning the following national support for agriculture and horticulture, as well as deductions and penalties applied to the support: 1. Support for crop production; 2. Support for animal husbandry; 3. Decoupled support from production for pig and poultry farming; and 4. Support for beekeeping based on the number of beehives. The verification of compliance with the conditions for granting support is carried out as part of the integrated system referred to in Article 65.1 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2116.
The Government Decree contains 25 Articles organized in the following chapters: 1. Scope of application and definitions; 2. General provisions on controls and supervision; 3. Supervision of support for crop production; 4. Supervision of animal support and certain other support; 5. Deductions and penalties; 6. Special provisions.
