Abstract
The present Decree concerns the use of medicinal products for the treatment of animals and the right of veterinarians to dispense medicines for the same purposes. Section 4 stipulates that, when using medicines for the treatment of animals and when dispensing medicines for the same purposes, the provisions of the Annexes shall be observed.
Annex 1 concerns the acquisition, storage and destruction of medicinal products. Annex 2 concerns the use of medicinal products. Annex 3 concerns the dispensation of medicinal products. Annex 4 concerns the dispensation of medicinal products within the nationwide animal health program. Annex 5 concerns the submission of information on medicinal products used or dispensed by veterinarians.
