Government Decree on water management areas (No. 1303 of 2004).

The present Decree establishes the water management areas pertinent to Section 3 of the Act on Fresh and Marine Water Resources Conservation Management, and provides for the establishment of international water management areas with Sweden and Norway. The Decree further establishes Regional Environmental Centres, their participation in Cooperation Groups, and the tasks of such groups according to the Act on Fresh and Marine Water Resources Conservation Management.
