Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree amending the Decree on applying for authorisation or registration of biocidal products, withdrawing such products from the market and special provisions concerning such products by adding in Schedule 1 new Community legislation. Authorisation or registration decisions on biocidal products must include the special provisions given in Schedule 1 or Schedule 2 of the principal Decree.
