Abstract
The Fish Hygiene Act shall enter into force on 6 May 1994 (sect. 1). The premises as referred to in section 52 of the Act shall fulfil requirements before the end of 1995. The fishing vessels referred to in subsection 14(2) shall be notified for registration with the municipal authorities before 30 June 1994. Vessels shall be notified to the supervising authorities of the municipality to which the vessel belongs. (4 sections)
