Private Forest Regulation (No. 300/91).

This Regulation provides further rules relative to private forestry in order to avoid or correct devastation of forests and to control regeneration of forests. The 15 sections are placed under the following headings: The Grounds for the Regeneration Felling of a Forest (sects. 1-3); The Supervision Practiced By the District Forestry Board (sect. 4); The Correction of the Negligence of the Regeneration Obligation (sects. 5-6); The Closing of a Forest (sects. 7-9); Other Stipulations (sects. 10-15).
