Abstract
The amendments of section 36 concern the calculation of costs of fence and slaughter premises construction as well as the approval of such construction. Fence construction shall be approved by the Rural Activities District Offices. Plans for slaughter premises require approval in accordance with provisions of the Meat Inspection Act (511/1994) as far as matters of food hygiene are concerned. As regards financial support for slaughter premises, regard shall be given to EC Council Regulation 866/90 (EC) on improving the processing and marketing conditions for agricultural products.
